Inclement
Weather & Emergency Information/Notices
If drivers training and license testing sessions are cancelled due to inclement weather a notice will be posted below.
If inclement weather cancels PHS Drivers Training and License Testing Sessions,
only those students
schedule for License Testing will be contacted to reschedule.

As always, in-school and after-school lists are available in the guidance
office daily for all students to signup for the Behind-the-Wheel program.
DL-180C Parental Certification form as
to the completion of the child's 50 hour of driving practice. This form must be notarized or
signed in front of a Parkland Driving Test Instructor before the
test can be administered

Effective January 29, 2007
All motorists MUST turn on their headlights whenever they use their windshield wipers in inclement weather. This new law applies when wipers are fully on or in intermittent mode.
Violators will be fined $25 but fees/other costs will increase the amount to $100!!!
