Working Papers

Working papers may be picked up at the High School on regular school days during the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm.

  1.  Basic Process
    A parent/guardian MUST apply in person at Parkland High School and bring a document with the student’s name and date of birth.
  2. The employer completes the application section C.
  3. A doctor completes the application section D.
  4. The child returns the completed application form to the High School and signs the permit.
